The volume on my Peavey T40 drastically drops out periodically. It is much more noticeable on the D and G strings. Ever since I started playing the bass it seemed that the volume drops.
Also, I noticed yesterday during rehearsal that the volume on my bridge pickup drops when the know is turned fully up. When I back it down a touch the volume comes back to where it ought to be.
I want to take it in to my repair guy. I am looking for opinions as to what the issue may be.
