Pickups for a 5 string 60's style Jazz Bass

    Hoping to finalize pickups for a custom 5-string Alder/RW 60's style jazz bass.

    Looking into some of these options:
    • Aguilar AG 5J-HC or Aguilar AG 5J-60
    • Sadowsky Humcancelling J5
    • Fralin Jazz J5 +5%
    • Lollar J5
    • Alleva-Coppolo J5
    Any input or other suggestions greatly appreciated!

    Duncan Apollo’s sound amazing - full spectrum and very smooth...if that’s what you’re after. They are hum-cancelling.
