Pickups for Squier VM Jass bass V

I just picked up a sweet Squier Jazz bass V (my first 5 string ever!) for a steal on Musicians Friend. It plays great, and for the most part sounds really nice, but it just doesn't fit in well with the rest of my instruments with the pickups that it has in it.

My biggest issue with the instrument is that the pickups are rather weak, especially compared to my other basses. My other instruments are a Mexican made P-bass (circa 2009) and a '75 jazz "parts bass" that was built by Jimmy Coppolo but I defaced with Dimarzio Model J pickups. The P-bass is very loud, and the '75 jazz has a very strong deep sound. When I plug in the Squier, I have to adjust all the levels on all my effects and amps, making it almost impossible to bring more than one bass to a gig when I bring the 5 string.

I'm looking for something that would have similar output and deep bass as the Model Js but that will fit a five string. Dimarzio doesn't make Model Js for a five string, and the area Js have some strange warning saying that they won't fit a Fender 5 for some reason. Does anyone know what pickups will a) fit, b) give me that deep funky bassy Reggae / R&B sound that I love so much, and c) have similar loud output to either Dimarzio Model Js, or a standard P-bass?
