I saw the Pulse tour in Europe. They were good, but to be honest, it wasn't really "my" Pink Floyd. I mean, Guy Pratt is a fantastic bass player, but slap bass in Pink Floyd...? Definitely not my cup of tea. They changed into a completely different band after Roger Waters left and started sounding more like a vessel for Gilmour's solos, which can be beautiful in small doses, but gets old very fast (IMO).
I actually enjoyed Roger Water's recent tours far more, and thought he (and his band) approached the classic Pink Floyd songs in a way that made them sound much closer to classic Pink Floyd than post-Waters Pink Floyd ever did.
