PJ basses. Are they wired in series or parallel?

Mine (in avatar) has a series/parallel switch. Two slightly different tones.

Anyone else who got one from the factory and didn't mess it up, is also wired like that. Precision plus.

Apart from (at least) Danelectros, which are wired in series.

Their pickups are low inductance, so the series connection doesn’t sound too dull. In series, the total inductance of a Danelectro with both pickups on is about the same as a jazz bass with both pickups on (wired in parallel).

My Godin Passion RG4 like the Shifter mentioned before has a 4 ways switch that does the parallel or series mode. I use the series mode very often
