PJ with 2 knobs and 1 switch wiring?

I'd like to completely isolate each pickup on my PJ…..no blend at all.
I want only 2 knobs(1 volume/1 tone) with a small switch to switch between the two pickups. I do not need them to blend at all.
I'd like my PJ to either sound totally like a P or totally like a jazz bridge pup….no "bleed" between the two via the tone circuit.
Can someone point me to a wiring diagram like this.

To further explain:
I have a P with an Arcane 65......best P tone I've ever heard. I have an old Pat Wilkins PJ.....best playing bass I've ever had. I put the Arcane in the PJ.....it didn't sound as good soloed as it did in the P bass. As an experiment, I ran the Arcane in the PJ with just P type wiring....no bridge pup wired in. It sounded just exactly like it did in the P bass. So, I'm thinking that if I can separate the two circuits I can get the full P sound and still be able to solo the bridge pup for our funk stuff that we play. I'll never need to blend the two pups in the PJ for my use.

A standard 3-way switch will do that and still give you the option of having both on for some reason in the future. the switch comes first - There is no "bleed" from the tone circuit.

If you REALLY don't want any opportunity to combine the 2, a standard SPST toggle switch will let you switch only from one to the other. The hot wire from each pup goes to the outside contacts of the switch and the center goes to the tone and output.

Can you explain to me which terminals on the switch the pup wires go to achieve what I'm trying to achieve?
Never mind….figured it out and it works awesome. The Arcane sounds the same in my PJ soloed as it does in my Fender P……Perfect!
