Definitely this one! Love it! Stands out much better than the 'all' maple one.

One thing: you didn't show the process of glueing the body halves together, but on your first pic of this post it looks like the joint is a bit 'loose' and there are some gaps... maybe you should use some more clamps and a clamping call to divide the pressure.

there were indeed gaps, and I re-glued parts of it, but I might need to re-glue again with more clamps...

I desided to go with the maple stripes, I'll keep the walnut for build number two, which will be a ash body, with walnut stripes...

On build no 1, I started rounding off the edges of the body with a monster 15mm roundover router bit (about 5/8" for all of your metrically-challenged... )...

I quite like the result!
The racing stripes will look good!
