Played Da Bongo

Went to the local today and played a Bongo 4 HH Stealth. Played it through a Mesa Big Block 750 and Powerhouse 410. I must say the vesitility of the eq is really good. So good in fact I put an order in for an Egyptian Smoke 5 HH w/ piezo's. Anybody who thinks these basses are heavy should pick up a Cirrus or my '75 P bass ie, boat anchor.

The one I'm looking at is sitting in a shop in the middle of nowhere. I can't exactly put it on hold, though, since I'm only *hoping* I'll have the funds for the end of October.

Luckily I'm pretty much the only one who's ever asked about it...
