Played my first gig last night!

So after two years of playing, I finally went and played a gig last night. It was at a Catholic retreat, with a 12 string guitar, and two six strings. I brought my Acoustic rig and played the entire set on an Ibanez AEB10E acoustic bass guitar. I'm addicted to playing in front of people. It was a total blast!

I used to have to grind hard with bands while rehearsing, especially when I first joined them. And sometimes you wonder whether you are wasting your time. But then when you get on stage in front of a crowd and rock out, it makes it all worth it.

The only other adrenalin rush I have found that comes close is big gamefishing for marlin, but it is alot more expensive then playing music!!

I was really lucky too because the guitarists I was with were really laid back and wanted the bass turned up! It was in front of about 200-300 people.
