Played my first show as a bassist. Question.

I sing lead and backing vocals, which probably increases the risk of bass flubs, but still keep them to a minimum. I don't freak out when they happen. If you're good at covering them, I think 95 % of the crowd doesn't notice. Sometimes the rest of the band doesn't even notice! The main thing is to not let mistakes play with your head and cause you to get uptight and make more and worse mistakes.
