Playing a motor cycle meeting/party

Years ago a friends band played a gig at a notorious biker gang clubhouse. No need to mention the club but these were the real deal 1%ers......not the weekend warriors that I normally ride with. The band was given marching orders from the Sargent of Arms not to engage with, flirt or hit on the women. It was made perfectly clear that the band was there to provide the entertainment for the club and its guests.....and not there to act like horn dogs down at the local dance club The band followed those directions to a tee and lived happily ever after LOL.

Whenever dude doesn't have anything constructive to add, he'll say something provocative, ignorant, or arrogant to get attention. Look at any thread he posts in, and you'll see this same exact pattern.

just do what you do, that's why they hired you. The biker crowd is often misunderstood. In reality they are just like everyone else, they just are more organized and have huge parties on private property to avoid the usual BS we encounter in town. That said, if you are an ass, they will not tollerate it. So have fun and to them you are a VIP and should be treated as such.

I think I'm pretty informed on most issues and topics. However, I am not up to speed on anything metal related.

Long ago and far away. Invalid Link Removed. You'll notice that most of the action these days is in Europe.

I've played at two big biker rallies in the last few months. The last one was a charity event for Ronald McDonald House.

A few years ago, we played for a motorcycle club outdoor picnic/party in August. Usually, the weather is hot in August but that night it was in the upper 40 degree F. range. Most of the bikers sat there all night drinking coffee and digging on our music.
