playing about a year and 2 months, feedback?

Here is a video of me and my friend doing a quick blues jam. figured I'd throw myself to wolves and get some valuable feedback. you guys seem pretty brutally honest:smug:

I know I'm a little off with the bass drum at times, but for some reason I have a better time with a real drummer than a drum track, if that makes sense

That's usually because the drummer can and will adjust to fit you, so you don't hear how it's off. Practice with the drum track until you can lock into it. Don't let that bad habit grow.

I'll do that. I have a sneaky suspision that me using my small desktop minitors on my computer to do this instead of a larger stereo system might not be helping me.......I have trouble hearing the kick drum while i play..........of course I dont have this problem with a live drummer since hearing that kick drum is pretty easy and it makes sense when you say the drummer will adjust to me.

I'll keep practicing, and having fun doing so....I should haven up the bass a long time ago, I'm having a blast :D
