Playing bass with essential tremor

I take propranolol for tremors AND social anxiety. Works well, But not 100% for either condition. But then again my situation is somewhat extreme. Makes me a bit chatty !

How is your bass playing with vs without?

With my meds I can play well. Without, It's IMPOSSIBLE !!! I shake very bad without my propn. I have always been shaky my whole life. Dr's never seemed too concerned about it when I was young ?? I have been shaking as long as I remember. I started drinking to STOP the shakes. Sometimes I do think I need something stronger. No One shakes worse than me !! And I have been sober thirty three years. Life Long complex ! LOL !!! But yes the propnl. works ! Reading this makes me want to look into other options tho.
