Please help identify these strings ?? Gold silk

How about the flats?? I posted and there was another inquiry on here quite a while back also, where we had flats with the gold silk (very faded in my case) at the tuner end only .. and that inquiry never got resolved ... very old school and thumpy with a thunk ... thanks

I bought an american standard jazz bass which has a set of strings with yellow/gold silks on it. They only have silk at the headstock, the bridge end is not tapered, and the taper at the headstock does not match the photo above of the MTD strings. The strings feel and sound excellent they are round wound. Can you help me? I want to buy more.

Thank you GK Growl for your response. Sorry I have been away for awhile.

I have a correction...

I changed my strings today.

It turns out the mystery strings do have yellow/gold silk at the ball ends and are not tapered. The ball ends are brass. The Headstock end is tapered differently than the MTD strings pictured earlier. I have been to several music stores for assistance; however, my efforts remain fruitless.

My Lame Excuse - the Ball ends were hidden due to through the body design, I thought the silk still would have been visible. My apologies.

I really need some help. The replacement strings are not near as good.

If this is any help. The outer coil seems slightly finer to the touch. Not as severe as a half wound string but not as coarse as a typical round wound. I do believe the mystery string is a Round Wound string.
Also the E seems to be a .105 and the G seems to be a .044 or .043. I have no measuring device only comparing to other bass strings in my collection.
Thank you for any help.

Sorry if the quality is bad.
I can take other photos, if needed.
