Please help me identify this bass

Does anyone know what kind of bass Muzz Skillings is playing here in the video for Living Colour's "Cult Of Personality"?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Doesn't look like an ESP headstock

ESP did have that headstock, back in the day....I'll go look and see if I have that catalog.

The C-304 (2002 & 2003 catalogs) has that body shape and headstock, but the pickups are like G&L humbuckers. It might be an older version.

ESP Horizon. There were two versions, but that looks like a Horizon I - http://www.espguitars.co.jp/original/horizon-bass/index_end.html . I think there were 5-string versions at one point, too.
