. . . and based on the location of the strap pin (over the 16th fret), I would definitely be inquiring about neck dive! Especially with a 24-fret neck.

Even if parted out it's not worth that much! It's so horrendously hacked that it may not be playable. I'm certain the body and neck did not leave the factory together, so it's doubtful the thing comes close to intonation. Hard pass on that!

Buy it and add a P pickup in the middle.

I can't imagine wanting to buy a bass with no information at all, only a picture, no brand name, and needing to ask TB "what the hell is that?"
