To use with a pair of Kef LS50's. This would be for quiet playing at home.

I have a headrush frfr-112 and an ampeg rocketbass that I'm currently using just for bass, but it would be nice to play bass through the monitor speakers that everything else is going through.

99% of my playing is through a HX Stomp and using IR's. The Kef's sound great for electric guitar (and most other instruments) but they don't go low enough for bass guitar.

Thanks

If it were me, I'd stick with the same brand. the Kube 8b looks like what you want.

And if really were me, I'd use a bass amp, not monitor speakers... But I get the convenience factor for practicing all on the same system and also get that feeeeeeeeeeling that low-end is half the fun of playing bass. ;)

Yeah, I hear ya. I really like the rocketbass, and it has that feel you get from a 15" speaker..... but I'd love to get everything onto one system. I had hoped the headrush frfr12 would be the solution. But at low volumes they don't sound great. Certainly not compared to the kef's. I'll check out the kube 8. Thanks.
