Please recommend me a bass!!

OK, in all our bickering over grammar I'm sure we've lost the OP. If he's still around, recommending a Rickenbacker is not going to help much, nor John Taylor's Aria SB1000 -- unless his notion of "on a budget" is much more generous than mine. But based on the youtube clip, I'd say he wants a jazz, and probably the Squier VMs or CVs or an SX are the way to go.

Does anyone know anything about the Aria IGB-35? Is it an affordable version of the SB1000 or a totally different beast?
