Does anyone else have this problem?my in ears Keeps getting unplugged when i'm playing even if I move just a little bit. I tried bending the prongs a little, but it doesn't help. The cord and the i ears are not that old.

Huh, can't say I've ever seen IEM cables like that. Normally, either the cable will have an outer sheath part that helps grip and provide some pull resistance, or the IEM will have the sheath instead. Is that the cable that came with the IEM's?

Warranty? Has this always been a problem or a recent development. I'm going to take stab here and assume the fitting tollerence is not correct , and from where I sit I have no way of knowing which piece is off or if they are both incorrect. .
