+1. Pyramids is probably my favourite. Very funny stuff....I just finished that one ("Pyramids")...Pratchett is a comic genius.
Let's not derail Phalex's thread any further - what say you guys to Pratchett having his own thread? He gets some love on here in other book threads, but I think he's worth one all to himself.
TDR, yeah, the Alzheimer's is a real drag...I can't imagine having the talent he does, and knowing it will all just fade away over the next few years...

We have an Angel Trumpet plant growing in our backyard. I've read that the juice from the flowers is a strong hallucinogenThe problem is, it's also toxic and people have died from making "tea" from it. The flowers are cool looking and they grow all over the place so it's not like someone will jump the fence and die from my flowers

it used to grow in my yard in cailfornia. a very serious psychotropic plant that needs to be handled correctly. i loved it for its beauty. any chance you could send me a seed pod or two?

We used to make "war paint" out of the juice, and once made a mix of pokeberry juice, apple cider vinegar, cheez wiz and chocolate syrup and tried to dare this one kid to drink it.
