Very good.I play alot of gypsy jazz/punk too! Fretless picking on flats with a fat pick sounds great.

Lady Pank is more New Wavish. TILT had some punk undertones too.

The rebellion that OP mentions was the Solidarity movement led by Lek Walesa. It led to Poland becoming free from Soviet control.![]()
And for something slightly different, a guy who played drums in a band I was in about 12 years ago had this idea that what if instead of imitating 1970s English punk starting a few years later, we were the ones who invented punk before World War II, with period instrumentation and complaining about the politics of the time and all that? As absurd as this sounds, he made it happen. They'd even print dates on their concert posters that were 80 years back, list concert dates with German city names with gigging in Silesia and so on.

This morning I have no giddy-up-and-go (midwest snowstorm today; deep freeze next week).
After listening to these selections, my giddy-up is now going!
Thank you!![]()
