I use the cheapest Garnier Fructis shampoo that I get from Sam's. I'm not sure if it's damaging to the hair but I simply don't care.

My hair's dried out like crazy during the day. It's certainly better than the massive dandruff problems I had not too long ago. I leave nothing in there.
