Double Bass Poll: What strings should I put on my Dean Pace?

Hello everyone, I got a Dean Pace off of ebay for $300 and it is on its way to my house. I have never played in upright, so I am going into blind. I saw in the Dean Pace megathread that people where saying the stock strings are no good and that the Rotosound 88s, LaBella tapewounds, and D'addarios sound much better. So my poll question is which of the three of these would you recommend on the Pace? Or do you think there is a fourth option better than these three?

DeanT, if I understand you correctly, you are saying tapewounds belong to the flatwounds family right? So, tapewounds are cool but any type of flatwounds would do? I was using the term "flatwound" in the poll as meaning steel/nickel/(non-nylon) strings and "tapewound" as meaning nylon flats. But, I guess you are right and I should have been specific in the poll question; tapewounds are technically flatwounds too.
