Poor, In college, hungery?

Dude, that's nothing. A good college meal is you get a non-sweet cereal, (cheerios work best for me,) and mix them with peanut butter until you get a nice little lump of cereal/PB mix. Then you flatten it out into a pancake type shape, and then fry it with a little bit of canola oil. That, my friend, is fancy.

Who can reveal to me the secret of cooking ramen with no open flame of any kind? My Dorm-nazis seem to hate anything related to cooking besides a microwave. Microwaving ramen just results in it being crunchy and generally badtasting. I've been eating pop tarts and hot pockets! I'm so glad the semester is over.

you can microwave ramen and have the consistency be normal...

you just need a big enough bowl and lots of water...

Ahhh...here you go:

If you have access to a coffee pot, you're set.
This only works well with the beef flavoured or the oriental beef flavours as the slight coffeeish taste blends well with beef. If you want the shrimp flavoured or chicken, you must use beer instead of water. It's delicious.

-Crack noodles and place in the coffee pot(it's better if you make a bigger batch, then save it and nuke it later...it'll be good because the noodles are already cooked)
-Add seasoning packet and some black pepper to the pot.
-Add appropriate amount of water and make sure the plastic filter holder is in the pot. No filter.
-Turn on. Once the water has poured, let sit for a minute or two and stir.
-Enjoy!
