Portable Amp Needed

So I'm starting my study Mechanical Engineering next year, which means i'll be travelling a lot between home and my student room, i was already thinking of upgrading my amp, so now the next requirement is, portability!!

I was looking at the Markbass Mini, anyone got experience with it? Or other recommendations? It has to be PORTABLE and POWERFUL, so no 1x10 fender combos or an 8x10 + head ampeg machines Oh, if i could hook up 2 basses simultaneously that would be a plus too, don't know if they exist though.

I highly suggest the Markbass Mini. I have the Mini CMD121P and trust me, this thing is worth the extra cash. Plenty of volume, plus you can run another 8 Ohm cab if you wish to add on.

Genz-Benz shuttle 6.0 combo with the 12"speaker and an extension 112 neox cab for when you need to get crazy loud!!

Check out the LMII and the shuttle 6. Both great amps. If you need a great sounding portable cab, I'd get a UL112. Either of those amps sound great with Epi cabs. Not cheap though.

Yep. Second. Powerful as it is, with a second cabinet you could nearly play anywhere, for louder situations you need PA support, anyway.
