Portaflex 210 or 115 or something different?

I have both the PF210HE and the PF115HE running off of a PF-500. The 15 has better low end for a 5 string. The 15 is not as loud at the 210 but both of them together are great. I got the 210 first, it has great volume but it didn't have enough of the low end thump for me, I mainly use the 115 cab now and if I ever need more volume, I can hook up both. I would recommend that you try to find a place that you can try out the different cabs. The PF410 looks like it would be an awesome cab with volume and low end.

I am almost certain I don't want a 4x10, but you're right, maybe I should try it out. I played through 4x10s for years, but admittedly not these.

I think if you could find a PF-410hlf it would be worth trying out. Two of those would give you the most volume out of all the cabs in the PF line.
