warmoth makes a body and neck for the Iceman? Weird...

They make a body, but the neck would be wrong.

Warmoth only makes a 21 fret neck, while I've yet to see an Ibanez without at least 22 frets. So you'd lose a fret (which isn't that big of a deal) and then you wouldn't get that awesome Ibanez headstock.

You could always get a used Iceman, or a new one as Ibanez is currently making one, or maybe get a USCG neck.
 
Warmoth offers a 24 fret neck extension. I was thinking i would use a music man style humbucker with a Seymour Duncan tone circuit. The body would be Swamp ash with a quilt maple top, black due finish with a white binding. As for a neck i would use the "warmoth" style headstock flame maple neck, Pau ferro fret board. The rest is simple with Gotah GB7 tuners in gold and gold single string bridges.
