Here it is. Going from right to left:
Bass -> SansAmp DI -> Digitech Bass Synth Wah -> Boss BF3 -> Boss OC3

It needs a board badly.

Just a suggestion, don't take offense, but maybe try the Octave first, and the Sansamp last. Really, if what you got is working for you, pay me no mind, but the Octave will track better if it's closer to the start, and the Sansamp, if used as a DI will work best if it's dead last.

Okay thanks, I'll definately try it out. I just got them a week ago so I didn't really try every single option, and I haven't really played with the options individually.

BTW I read that the SansAmp should go first if it's a DI, at least the manual says that. (maybe I'm wrong)

as far as order- i would put the octave before the overdrive- if youre using them simultaneously. also- the overdrive before the wah for the same reason. flanger i personally would not use in conjunction with any of that so order wouldnt matter. and yes- octaves/synths first for me too.

I have not heard that, I'd like some clarification on this subject.

If you put it first you will be sending you r feed to the house with no effects. It should go last IMO if you are going to use it as a DI so the PA can get your effects.

I'm still tweaking my board but I have it first at the moment. One of the reasons was to use the parallel (uneffected) output going to one amp and the rest of the effect chain going to a different amp. But for single amp use, I'm thinking it should go last (or second to last with my delay going last).

Okay, I finally got my hands on a digital camera to take some in progress pics.

I went from this:

As you can tell, the pedal board itself isn't anywhere close to done yet. Since I took this pic, I've switched the Psycho Flange and the Cool Cat chorus' positions, and tweaked the signal path a little. I've got a PB & J digital delay with tap tempo on it's way to me right now, and I'll be filling in some of the open spaces with some other pedals next month.
This is the left and middle sections of the full pedal board that I'm building, but since I can't even fill that up yet, I didn't take any pics with the pedals on the full board yet.

Current signal path is: Tuner->Surf & Turf Compressor->Fish & Chips EQ->Rocky Road Spinning Speaker Simulator->Daddy-O Overdrive->Wasabi Overdrive->Fab Tone Distortion->Wasabi Distortion->Black Paisley Metal Distortion->Grilled Cheese Distortion->Cool Cat Tone Fuzz->Hash Browns Flanger->Psycho Flange->Pepperoni Phaser->Cool Cat Chorus->Dan-Echo Simulated Tape Delay

Yeah, I've got a weird form of OCD...I started collecting Dano effects because I really liked the Fab Tone and Daddy-O(my first 2 pedals), and I haven't been able to stop yet. Hopefully once I get to 35, I'll be done. But with my luck, they'll just come out with new ones.

I haven't tried the Sitar Swami yet, but I've heard that it's pretty much useless for bass. Since I play guitar as well, I'm at least going to give it a shot before I pass judgement though. The only ones I've tried that I don't currently own are the FAB Chorus(sold after I got my Cool Cat), FAB Echo(sold because I never used it), Milkshake Chorus(broke & hasn't been replaced yet), and Black Coffee Metal Distortion(gave to a friend of mine because she liked it).

danelectro can put up with any competition!!! it has good bypass and the efx sounds are all good and amazing... bad danelectros are rare!!!

i have a few danos in my chain:
cool cat (9v, 18v), psycho flange, real echo, spring king, rocky road, chill dog, freanch toast, hash browns... and i might add some more in the future
