Well, I've been contemplating some serious changes for my board (again), and this is what I've come up with. It's just a Visio-style image, but I already have most of what I need for the real thing:

I'm waiting on the arrival of an EBS MultiComp... should be here by the end of the week, hopefully. As for the Voodoo Labs power supply, I need to get a hold of one still, but they're hard to find used!

It'll definitely be an awesome setup when it's done though.

+1! very nice detail, but not cluttered. very easy to see the signal path, too. cool!

polar opposite of illern's, which i also like alot... but for different reasons.

also... good stuff! i just got my multicomp a couple of weeks ago, and i'm really lovin' it. let me know what you think of it, mr diehardpunchfactoryuser.

I hate the way the BMS's output jack is on the wrong side! It really messed pedal possitions up when I had it.

If you don't mind my asking, why do you use it just for a tuner?

You could probably sell it here, ebay, or even trade it in to a music store, get a tuner (I recomend the boss TU-2, since your keeping it out of the loop), and have some extra $$$dinero$$$ for more effects!

Oh, and how do you like the jamman for looping?

re: the POD as a tuner, i've been trying to move away from multi-effects devices and back to pedals (more control). one of these days i'll get around to selling the POD (i tend to just horde gear )

as for the Digitech JamMan, i find that it has a slight delay on starting a live recorded loop (as it writes to memory), so I use it mostly for bouncing loops from the Boomerang to the JamMan, so then i can keep the loop going while switching the Boomerang into reverse-lead mode or whatever.

Right now, I'm basing the position of it on how I have arranged my Punch Factory (currently still on the board). It was being used to manage the volume levels, spikes, etc. of the pedals before it (especially the Power Wah/Muff combo) while providing subtle compression.

I'm still open to experimentation, though, so I'll definitely give that a try when I get it.

I'll be tweaking the knobs to reflect my actual settings later, but for now, they're just arbitrary. Plus, I need to refine a detail or two
