I say we're gonna be on at least 26 by the end of the year at the rate these threads fill up. (mostly due to pointless off-topic banter like you and I are doing :p)

Whatever happened to the suggestion that just pics go in this thread, and an effects discussion get a thread all to itself? (Effects Talk, perhaps?)

Well, I would suggest on the LMB-3 to take the enhance knob all the way to zero, put the limiter at the end of the chain and the EQ to start to give your EQ'd signal a walk through the effects, you may find you like it.--FeuerFrei
You may be pleased to know that I followed your suggestions (and stole your EQ settings) and it does seem to have rounded out the tone somewhat. Haven't played with the drummer agian, but I think I will have a better sound by then.

Do you hear that? That's the Woodshed calling.......

Swapped my EBS BassIQ for the Maxon today... I was so surprised but I'm in love with the Maxon. It can really crank out some mutron sounds and it's just as if not more responsive than the EBS. The real kicker was that it worked some serious magic with MI Audio GI Fuzz. I'm giving up the BlowTorch + EBS combo now... it was glorious... but the Maxon definitely gives the MXR its own flavor.

I think the very first version of my pedalboard is almost finished

this was the first attempt at spraypainting something so it's not that good

actually it's a roland keyboard case (so it's heavy as hell), i just fitted two pieces of plywood in the case, with a little gutter in the center for some cable nonsense

I also sing in my band so since the mic stand is somewhere near the middle of my pedalboard, it's easier for me if the wah is slightly angeled :D . I didn't realise it was such a weird thing to do, but a lot of people have asked me the same question lately.

Yikes! I hope it has wheels, or else you're going to be Popeye on one arm and Olive Oyl on the other unless you switch off arms. (For those who are too young to remember, Popeye had big muscular amrs, and Olive had noodle arms :p)

Digging this. How do you like the Unichorus? What dirt box are you replacing the MXR with?
I like the Unichorus for the Pitch Modulation mode with depth set way up and the rate set slow. Makes for some pretty intense chorus. I use the H2O for subtle always on chorus, and the Unichorus when I want heavy chorus. Im not to sure about the MXR yet, I have a Hjart Muller and a Pork Loin comin to see if I like one of them. Might try a Xotic BB too.
Nice board Mang!
Thanks!
i played with one of those Boss Super Feedbacker/Distortions recently, it was pretty fun!
Yeah I like it for ringing out the first note of a riff, very stoner rockish. I keep the dist all down and just use it for the feedback.
