Pot cap values for Ibanez pups?

Hi,
I'm putting a pair of ahem, "Ibanez" pups (like those used in the BTB300 or 400) into a new bass build, and wondered if anyone could advise on whether I need 500K or 250K pots, and what value cap for the tone pot. It's going to be a simple wiring job - each into a Vol and Tone, 3-way switch, like a Les Paul.

I would suggest experimenting. My guess is that 500K pots are a good bet, but caps are pure preference. With that setup, you can use two different caps...

Then again, unless you have really strong reasons for your wiring scheme with two tone knobs, I'd suggest one tone knob for both pickups + a rotary cap selector switch (up to 12 caps).
