The XLR direct out? Yes, though it will be lower than line level, so you may not have full gain.

I'm clueless when it comes to power amps I meant to say power both my cabs
one is an 8 ohm 1x18 carvin the other is a 4 ohm 2x12 avatar the Head sounds killer it just doesn't support the ohms for both so i was thinking of using a power amp to do bigger shows

Ah, OK. You'll be fine using the XLR to drive a separate power amp. Since the XLR is at microphone level, its level is well below line-level. Otherwise it will work fine.
