Power amps compatible with Ampeg SVP

I haven't been able to find much information about power amps that have a good input voltage for a p-bass through an Ampeg SVP. I have heard folks talk a bit about Carver and Stewart amps. I intend to play it through my Acoustic B810 and will likely be playing reggae, soul, or Texas country. If anybody has any experience with this type of rig or where to find info, I am all ears.

You want one with an input sensitivity of 0.7v or 1.0v. There are models by Carvin, QSC, Crest, and a few other brands--just check the specs for that input sensitivity rating.

The later SVP-CL's had a hotter output and the older units can be modded (I think it's something like changing 7 resistors)
If this is an older unit you will not be able to get full amp output without .7V as mentioned by Bongo. You can use an outbaord device (like a compressor) to boost the signal if the power amp is 1.0V or higher for full output though.
As I understand it, these older pres were meant to be used with an Ampeg 1500 power amp that has this .75V sensitivity.
