So recently I bought a Strymon Ojai for my effects board. I have 11 pedals right now and one more on it's way so I thought I should upgrade my power supply from a one spot. I have 2 digital pedals a Source Audio Lunar Phaser and a Mooer E7. I've read that digital pedals can benefit having there own isolated power.
I had no issues with the one spot, but now there is a loud white noise type swooshing sound when everything is plugged in tot he new power supply. I've tried a separate power supply for both pedals, no change. I've tried only the lunar phaser straight into my preamp and the sound goes away. I've tried removing the lunar phaser and the sound goes away. I have a mooer E7 in the effects loop of my envelope filter and when I engage the buffer the sound goes away. If I remove the E7 completely the sound goes away. I guess the only thing to really do is take one of those pedals out, but don't really want to do that, or I can daisy chain everything, but then that defeats the purpose of buying an expensive isolated power supply.
Any suggestions?
