"Daisy chaining" the two preamps will be very noisy and you will most likely clip somewhere. Running each preamp into one side of a power amp won't do any good unless you want to differing signals to go to two differing cabs. Unless you have an oddly wired power amp.
Have you considered contacting Fishman to see if there is a mod similar to the SABDDI one you mentioned in another thread? Maybe cheat a little extra juice out of the Fish?
I am a customer of Brian Barret's and I currently am playing my Benavente through a Crest Ca-6 poweramp witth no preamp. I get great sound even when the bass is in passive. I don't even have to turn it up too horribly loud. It's like he said. It all depends on the power amp.

Ive used my Sansamp BDDI into the normal input of both my amps tons of times, it doesnt add extra noise, and it doesnt over clip as long as you make sure your using the level controls properly
Torin and I tried the Fishman (cranked) directly into a Gisbon BH440's power section (same as Thunderfunk TF420) and while it worked it wasn't very loud. About equivalent to the amps' own preamp being on "2" or "3" (not o'clock).
It could go a lot louder with the amp's preamp, so while it could be driven with the Fishman if you've not got a lot of watts to start with it won't be a workable solution.
