By "expose yourself outdoors" do you mean that thing I got arrested for? Because I'm not sure my lightning rod is that big. Sadly. Although the chances of getting struck in that manner is also more probable. Thanks. I will continue with a newfound confidence. Confidence is what matters anyway, right?

People think that with 10mil you can buy a bunch of stuff and retire rich. Doesn't work that way as expensive things are expensive to upkeep (that Lambo may run you 10-20K to insure per year plus another 10K in upkeep maintenance). That million dollar house runs 20-40K annual property tax, 3-5K monthly in utilities, blah blah.

500mil would be a hard sum to waste but fun trying. Brewster's millions...
