Powerful combo

Heres a few good choices:

Epifini UL-112c Ultralight 600 watt combo ( also comes in a 2x10 and a 1x15)

Eden DC210XLT 2x10 Metro combo

Gallien-Krueger 1001RB/215 Combo

Roland D-Bass 210 Combo ( also comes in a 1x15)

Aguilar AG 500-112C 1x12 ( also comes in a 2x10)

Theyre all a bit pricey, but not too bad for the wattage, and convenience of a combo.

Mesa Walkabout 12 (big sound) or 15 (big whopping sound !) - old school rock blues tone for sure. Quite loud for a 12 and 300 hybrid watts. Sweet grind avail from tube pre. Amp head comes out to drive other cabs if needed. ~$1,200 new, can find them used lately.

Mesa Venture 2x12 (!) - mostly same as above, but stupid loud M-Pulse 600 hybrid watts amp has footswitchable compressor/limiter as an added feature over Walkabout. ~$1,700 new, have not seen any used but they are probably out there.

Mesa Buster Combo 1x15 or 2x10 wedge - real old school all tube 200 watts. Plenty loud, heavy as a b***h but worth every hernia tear in tone. Discontinued new, but can be found used from ~$500-800.

Good luck and as always ...

enjoy

Peavey BAM 210. 350 watts, 500 w/ extension cab. They've been discontinued and Musicians Friend just finished blowing them out at $599 but you still should be able to find them used for about that much.

It's also a modeling amp with onboard effects so the tone options are pretty extensive.

It's a great amp but Peavey seems to have ceded their much better product lines to Line 6's dominance in the niche. It's a shame. Line 6 doesn't have anything on the BAM or the Transformer (the guitar equivalent) line's WYSIWYG interface.

+1 to the Eden DC112XLT--it is a great combo. I use it regularly with electric and URB and it kills every time. I play in a 4 piece jazz combo, a 4 piece (plus vocals) R&B group, and a 4 piece original rock outfit and it is plenty LOUD for its size. Mine has the WT330 head and will go to 2ohms with no problem.
