Powering a speaker and mixer while busking - Will this work?

Hi there guys,

I have been asked to accompany a solo acoustic artist for some busking. We are looking at using one small powered speaker and a mixer rather than a busking amp (busker amps tend to be very quiet and not reproduce bass well. They also don't have much flexibility with mixing).

My question is, would something like this work to power just the speaker and mixer for around 2 hours?

I can't see in the specs whether or not it has an inverter. Can you plug AC stuff into it?

Yeah - I don't see that it has any AC power capability at all.

....an Acoustic Bass Guitar may actually be a good idea!

useless against two acoustic guitars, but mono o mono I reckon it would hold it's own.

They have an old Gibson bass mandolin in guitar center hollywood..

What you need is an inverter (12VDC to 120VAC), a big deep cycle marine battery, and a charger for the battery. Or find a used Carvin S400D ... it's what I used when I was busking.
