Yes, it's a padded cover with holes for access to the carry handles, not like the backpack/handle Wizzy10 carry case.
I don't know the GK, but the AI sIII Coda is a great sounding amp (if you can adapt to the sound of the downfiring main speaker- many other posts/threads on that topic!) and VERY portable- I brought it on a flight as carry-on luggage 
The dust cover and shoulder strap work very well, and the dust cover has a pocket for a couple of leads.
