Back in December I purchased a Dillion Bass. While looking for reviews on it I came across a Dillion Brian May bass. While looking for reviews on that I came across this:

My curiosity item has gotten to the point of almost G.A.S. to the point where I have made contact about shipping to the USA as well as asking about CITES concerns.

Anyone here have one or played one? (not the Dillion model).

Any first hand info will be appreciated greatly.

I have also GASed for one of these since they came into existence - and I don't even like the color! If you get your hands on one is there any way I could take it for a testdrive? I'm not toooo far away from SCPA. =0)

I thought the CITES thing was concerned with exports from the US. Mainly Rosewood.
Nice bass though, didn't know they were shorter scale.
Just bought a Tribute Kiloton so no more basses for a while.
Not even looking...........
