I can confirm he is not communicating even though he made that post back in March. I've had a custom build in limbo for over a year and a half and he's gone off the grid the last month or so. Not responding to my FB Messenger, Email, or DMs here.

I think it's time to make another post warning about working with Oscar Prat. As far as I can tell, based on his poor/non communication and his inability to sort out his personal affairs in relation to his professional ones, he is not going to complete the build he took my deposit for in February of 2017. I would advise not dealing with him on a custom bass.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time someone would be making a post about Oscar's unprofessional behavior (search the forum for a post about giving up on a custom build...July 2017). I only wish I would have known about his actions before I made my order...

So sorry man. This is really terrible and incredibly unprofessional of him. I'm going to start a warning thread and I hope everyone who's currently still waiting for their instruments will add to it. Please chime in once I make the post.

Ive has my experience with him
Needless to say I’ll never ever buy another or build another bass from him
When i finally revived my build it was less than sub par to say the least
Terrible fit / finish and setup
Action was so high and the truss rod was already maxed out and the bridge saddles were buried so there was zero room for adjusting - but was filed wrong
Weight was 2lbs heavier than we agreed on
And I also know his previous builds had neck warpage issues
