PRE/POWER RIG CABLE QUESTION

Getting back to the pre/power rig world again and got a question concerning unbalanced output. My BMaxT has an unbalanced 1/4 output, but my new power amp has TRS 1/4 input. Question is : What type of cable should I use, a TS 1/4 or a TRS 1/4 ?

TS on both ends. This will effectively ground the "ring" terminal on the power amp.

Thanks. So this is just your ordinary short patch cable, right?

Yes. If it's safely in a rack, then it doesn't even need to be a super rugged cable. If you encounter any hum, then there's a different way to hook it up with TS on one end and TRS on the other. But that seems unlikely.

Thanks. just in case there is a hum, is the Ts/TRS cable available, or do I need to have one made up?
