Preamp identification

Bought a used bass today and saw this preamp, previous owner have no information on it, it's not original. Does anybody know ? Just curious. It's a 3 band with switchable frequencies.

I see 'stec 09/94'? at the top of the picture.. can you get a clearer shot of that marking on the board (or what it says entirely)? Also see if there is markings on the other side.

For me looks like the ones used on German schack basses...

Agreed. I am attaching an enhanced version of the image.

Since Schack did use Basstec pickups, probably he ever used Basstec preamps, too. I would say that this preamp was made by Basstec in 1994.
