Preamp ,Sansamp,Glow bug or WTDI EDEN

I USE A 550 Eden head a 8x10" older eden cab.Great sound but I need some nice crunchy distortion. not a complete overdrive type but A NICE LIGHT DISTORTED TO GET AND KEEP THE EDGE.
i HAVE LOOKED INTO Eden WTDI, SANsAMP, AND THE EDEN gLOW PLUG.
wHICH OF THESE WOULD BE BIGGEST BAG FOR THE BUCK. aNYHELP WOULD BE GREAT.

I'd venture to say SansAmp if you're looking for distortion.

I have an Eden WTDI...but I like mine for the onboard compressor and mid-contour button amongst other things.

I've yet to get distortion out of it. Doesn't tell you how to get it in the instructions (which are very minimal).

Maybe somebody that owns one can enlighten us, if they achieved that.
