Mo from Nordstrand asked me to relay this message regarding the preamp-Does anyone know what brand & model is this preamp please?
Thank you
Thank you for your opinion and information... I requested for more pictures, otherwise; I will do some driving and take a look at it person, and this way, I will play it and test it....Initially, I was thinking it was a Sadowsky preamp with the black-covered exposed board like that, but I don't think that's it. The aftermarket ones are 2 band and this looks like a 3.
Probably not a Glockenklang, those were red.
Older Nordstrand weren't coated like that.
Neither were/are Duncan, as far as I've ever seen.
Never seen a Bart in all my days that wasn't sealed in block, and if this was ancient, I feel like it would be larger parts.
Not Noll, East, Delano as far as I can tell.
Somewhere on that board should be a marking that says who made it. It's just the trick of getting the pic.
Thank you for your opinion, I am also thinking it's an older version of a Sadowsky preamp from the 1990's..Mo from Nordstrand asked me to relay this message regarding the preamp-
It’s an older Sadowsky preamp and it looks wired V, Bl, stacked T/B, passive tone push/pull active/passive
Well, I can now confirm that's, in fact, the an old Sadowsky preamp.Thank you for your opinion, I am also thinking it's an older version of a Sadowsky preamp from the 1990's..

Awesome, I really appreciate it for going the extra mile and getting this information...Well, I can now confirm that's, in fact, the an old Sadowsky preamp.
I compared the picture to one I took from an old Sadowsky Modern I was performing a job for setup, and it's basically the same preamp, with exception for the kill switch
