Precision pickguard with route for Jazz pickup?

I have tried google and the search here to no avail- sorry if I missed something obvious.

Looking for a P pickguard with a J pickup hole. I’d like to put a different pickup that is smaller than the split p shape. Anyone know where I could source one?
