Presonus 22VSL?

At first I thought it was the same as the Audiobox USB, but that's clearly not the case. What are the differences between it and the USB? It it worth paying 50 more bucks for that instead?

In truth, the original Audiobox is an excellent budget interface, regardless of which USB version it uses.
With 4 channels of audio, it really doesn't matter.
