I think I have my FX to AUX answer:

If you are on firmware version 1.50a +: You can control the send level of the FX channels by using Aux Flip mode. To use this mode, select the Aux you want to use and press the Mix button twice which will switch the first six meters and encoders to become the aux-send level controls for the :

1) Main FireWire Return
2) Analog Tape In
3) Aux Input A
4) Aux Input B
5) FXA
6) FXB

effects to monitors (AUX) is controlled by settings on each aux.
not in front of my unit but IIRC its done via pushing select twice, and using (I think) controls on 5/6 to adjust level of 2 effect busses sent to AUX.
Out of town and can't verify actual steps (w/ pics) until at Sunday...

PS: I know it's NOT controlled by MASTER section

LOL - I meant "MIX" button, since "select" is like selecting any channel/bus and lets one use the FAT channel controls... EQ, comp, gate..
