Thamk you very muchIn the context of Ibanez, "Prestige" refers to their top-of-the-line instruments. So the person asking you must have been wondering if that is what you play, for whatever reason.
Can you post a picture of your bass?Thamk you very much
And how can i find out if my ibanez bass is prestige?
Post a few shots of it in this thread. The body and back of the headstock should do it.Thamk you very much
And how can i find out if my ibanez bass is prestige?
I make mine buy a ticket in coach...My fretless rides in the back seat with the front seat slid forward so there’s plenty leg room.
A Prestige bass holds its pinky finger out while sipping earl gray tea. It drinks its whiskey neat, not with silly things like coke or other mixers. It holds itself above other common basses, and prefers earlier gigs at wine bars.
I'll go with that. I have three SR series - 300E, 600E and a 2600. All are great to play.I have yet to pick up any Ibanez bass, regardless of model number, that wasn't a superb bass.
At least a couple of years ago, it used to be written on the headstock IIRC.Thamk you very much

Easily spotted by the fact that it's looking down it's nose at you most of the time.
It's the Japanese line of Ibanez. Their top tier guitars.A person asked me if my ibanez bass guitar is prestige and i have no idea what he was.talking about
