Prime examples of digi vs analog octave?

Oh esteemed pedal addicts- can any of you direct me to a clear example of both a digital and analog octave effect- ideally under $100- for comparison? I've fiddled w/a couple but haven't hit my ideal. Recordings and/or pedal samples would be great- thank you!

Under $100, the two that quickly come to mind are used Boss OC-2 (analog) / OC-3 (digital). YouTube has many recordings.
